A CLOSER LOOK
Elevate Baseball Academy is located in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, where all 30 Major League teams have an international training facility.
Carefully recruited players reside full time at EBA where they are provided with safe housing, meals and proper nutrition, education, position specific baseball training, training equipment and gym facilities, and transportation to and from baseball events, including showcases and amateur-scouting tournaments.
EBA staff and trainers are comprised of former MLB players, former MLB trainers, scouts, and agents with extensive knowledge of the game and strong relationships with all 30 Major League Clubs.
Elevate Baseball Academy showcases players in front of MLB scouts and represents them through the Major League Baseball International signing period, which takes place in January of each year.
WHO WE ARE
Elevate Baseball Academy is a premier baseball organization located in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, that specializes in the training and development of Latin American amateur baseball talent pursuing careers in Major League Baseball. EBA is responsible for developing and representing international baseball prospects for Major League Baseball and all affiliated Minor Leagues. Our strong reputation for having the top prospects in the Dominican Republic relies on our ability to recognize and recruit top talent and maximize their full potential. We have signed more than 20 players to professional contracts so far.
WHY WE DO IT
We are all united by the same passion for the game, but we do not all have the same opportunities to play the game we love.
In the Dominican Republic and many Latin American countries, the socio-economic culture prevents their youth from having the opportunity to train and develop their skills or even to step foot on a real baseball field. A lot of kids are playing baseball on dirt roads or cement fields they’ve mapped out themselves with rocks, palm leaves, and rope.
In cities just outside the Capital you can expect to see kids playing without gloves, using sticks as bats, playing in sandals or no shoes at all. They are playing in the streets, dodging motorcycles and cars, and waiting for the dust to settle. Simply because they were born into poverty and they don’t have access to proper facilities, training, or organizations to help develop them and provide a potentially life-changing experience.
Yet…. Some of the biggest names in MLB history are from the Dominican Republic. In fact, 32% of MLB players are from Latin America. Just imagine the talent potential for these kids if they had proper training, diet, development, education, and leadership guiding them towards deliberately shaping greatness.

A CULTURE OF CHAMPIONS
Baseball in the Dominican Republic is revered by the entire country. It is one of Dominican’s biggest attractions and the country relies on it economically. For many young men, making it to the big leagues changed their life and the lives of their families for generations. That’s something we wanted to be a part of. Making dreams come true.
As the Dominican Republic is the biggest international market for the MLB, it made sense to set up our organization here. In fact, the academy system has been in existence for 50 + years in the DR. There are approximately 150 academies and already we are one of the top.
HOW IT STARTED
Baseball runs through Jordan’s veins. He could throw a ball before he could walk. He always dreamed of making a career in baseball and set the bar very high for success.
Over the past decade, Jordan built a well-respected portfolio in the baseball industry including his extensive knowledge of baseball and his skill set to recognize top talent. He was able to establish himself in Florida’s baseball scene and build a network of reputable professionals in the baseball industry. Jordan helped many high school athletes get into top baseball programs in colleges across America and was a role model in the baseball industry. But his dreams were bigger…
What started out as a trip to the Dominican Republic in January 2019, turned into this bold idea of building his own academy, developing personally recruited players into top professional prospects, and representing them as their player agent in the international MLB draft. Jordan witnessed the potential to build a lucrative and humble business in Dominican Republic through baseball, thus Elevate Baseball Academy was born.

WHERE IT'S GOING
Elevate Baseball Academy finished its 7th year since inception. During that time, the academy has grown into a strong organization, signing 20+ players into the Major Leagues, hosting more than 150 international camp kids, and hosting international showcases & tournaments. Proof of concept has been met and now it's time to grow!
It is our goal to grow the baseball academy by:
Building our own facilities and fields and owning our own complex.
With more space, we will be able to recruit additional athletes into our program and expand our player roster.
Hosting major international tournaments where top baseball talent will play against the top Dominican academies.
Hosting International Training & Development Camps for players or teams across the world.
Hosting MLB tryouts and scouting events at a state-of-the-art facility will generate more traffic to our academy.
Adding additional equipment and training facilities for our athletes so they have the most modern and advanced technology available - new batting cages, batting tunnels, indoor infield training, video metrics, stats, etc.
