Our academy is an elite, full-immersion training environment built around one purpose: developing baseball players. The day runs from 6:30am to 5:30pm, with competitive games against other academies one to two times per week & live BP on a daily basis. Sunday is a rest day, but players can use the gym, batting tunnels, and/or request extra one-on-one work. Players range in age from 11 to 17. We do not take beginners; our camps are designed for good players looking to become great players through advanced development.

Beyond the on-field development, there’s a powerful cultural dimension that leaves a lasting impression on every player who comes through. Campers consistently leave with growth that extends well beyond baseball — greater confidence, discipline, and a sense of who they are as young men.

CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Our full-time roster includes players actively pursuing careers through the MLB International Signing Pool, who live and train on-site year-round. They bring a professional mindset to the environment and are genuinely welcoming to incoming players. Every coach and trainer is a former pro — and a three of our coaches are fluent in English.

Our full-time players stay in comfortable dorm-style rooms with bunk beds. Camp players are housed in private suites within the same building, each with two beds and an en-suite private bathroom. The academy is fully staffed with dedicated housekeeping (cleaning & laundry), a full-time chef, and 24/7 security. Coaches rotate overnight stays to ensure players are always looked after. Three of our coaches are bilingual.

Elevate Baseball Academy is located in Baseball City, Boca Chica in the former Baltimore Orioles MLB facility. We are next to the White Sox & the Toronto Blue Jays MLB facilities. EBA is only 10 minutes from the Santo Domingo International Airport.
